Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Check-In: From 2:00 PM to 22:00 PM
  • Check-Out: By 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No cancellation charges over and above the non-refundable deposit paid will be raised if part or all of the reservation is canceled 31 days prior to arrival.
  • 30-20 days prior to arrival= 25% of the total reservation value
  • 19-15 days prior to arrival = 50% of the total reservation value
  • 14-07 days prior to arrival = 75% of the total reservation value
  • 07-0 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total reservation value

Payment Policy:

  • 20% non-refundable deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival to guarantee the reservation.Balance due no later than 30 days before arrival
  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

Children and Extra Beds:

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
  • Children from 3-12 years 50% of the adult price
  • 15 years and above are charged at full price
  • Extra beds and baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Pets:

  • Pets are not allowed.

Smoking Policy:

  • Beulah Guest House is a non-smoking property.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Quiet Hours:

  • To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Housekeeping:

  • Daily housekeeping service is provided.
  • Additional housekeeping services are available upon request.

Damage and Loss:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or loss of items during their stay.
  • Charges may apply for any damage or loss incurred.
  • 1000 BWP in security cash required which is refundable upon check out if there no damage or loss

Parking:

  • Free on-site parking is available for guests.
  • Parking spaces are subject to availability.

Guest Identification:

  • Valid identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID) is required at check-in.

Visitor Policy:

  • Visitors are allowed between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors and may be charged for any damage caused.

  • Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
