1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all reservations, stays, and services provided by Beulah Court Vineyard Guest House, located in Lesoma, Botswana. By booking or staying with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Reservations & Payment

2.1. All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, mobile money payment, or advance deposit.

2.2. The Guest House reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival.

2.3. Full payment for accommodation and services is due at check-in or check-out, unless otherwise specified.

2.4. Rates may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

3.1. Check-in: 14:00 PM

3.2. Check-out: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

3.3. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged an additional fee.

3.4. Valid identification is required at check-in.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

4.1. All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy stated above.

4.2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are charged 100% of the booking value.

4.3. No-shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

4.4. All cancellations must be made in writing or through the original booking channel.

5. Modifications

Reservation changes are subject to availability. Price differences may apply for new dates or room types.

6. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Use the property responsibly and respect other guests.

• Pay for any damages caused to the property or furnishings.

• Follow all house rules, including noise regulations and safety requirements.

7. Liability

• The Guest House is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Vehicles parked on the property are done so at the owner’s risk.

• The Guest House is not liable for interruptions beyond its control (power cuts, water disruptions, weather events).

8. Smoking, Alcohol & Conduct

• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

• Excessive noise, disorderly behaviour, or illegal activities may result in immediate eviction without refund.

9. Children & Extra Guests

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Extra guests not included in the booking will attract an additional fee.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Botswana.

We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to all guests.

1. Cancellation Fees

Cancellations will be charged as follows:

• 31 days or more before arrival:

  No cancellation fees apply. (Non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable.)

• 30 – 20 days before arrival:

  25% of the total reservation value is charged.

• 19 – 15 days before arrival:

  50% of the total reservation value is charged.

• 14 – 7 days before arrival:

  75% of the total reservation value is charged.

• 7 – 0 days before arrival:

  100% of the total reservation value is charged.

2. No-Shows

Guests who fail to arrive without written notice will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

3. How to Cancel or Modify

All cancellations or booking modifications must be:

• Submitted in writing via email, OR

• Processed through the original booking platform (e.g., booking website, travel agent)

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
• Non-refundable deposits are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

5. Early Departures

Leaving earlier than the booked date is considered a partial cancellation and no refunds will be issued for unused nights.
